I want to make certain analysis to answer questions above. So I need data, the sales records, the cost construction, and so on. The study might help me to convince the general manager to cut down all the machines and only keep the last one. LOL
But seriously speaking, this kind of analysis is necessary. We must recognize the most profitable products, the most market-demanded products, the structure of cost, so that we can take some effective measures.
